๐ Solitude is Independence ๐I am happy to share a story from my blog โ โThe Curtain Raiserโ โ.โญAn interesting experience to learn the connection between solitude and independence while on a solo journey to Goa. โญFrom deserted beaches to unexpected encounters with the locals, and a silent dialogue with an abandoned idol of Lord Ganesha.โญEach moment unraveled a new aspect of this discovery. An introspective tale where solitude becomes a companion in times of exploring oneself. โ 'The Curtain Raiserโ โ - A blog with a collection of stories from my real-life experiences. โญ Reflections on diverse, yet seemingly mundane moments interwoven with the intricate roles played by each character and the depth and complexities of their emotions. โญ Every story resonates with the subtleties and realities of life. โญ A deeper reflection into each story reveals a much larger perspective on life, โญ This revelation often creates a significant impact on our understanding of ourselves and the world around us. โญ In conclusion, a realization that our roles are not of our own making but are already written for us! That we are just characters in the much larger scheme of things already scripted for us!I am happy to share such memorable encounters and how ordinary moments of our lives hold an extraordinary message for us. ๐ I invite you on this journey from the ordinary to the extraordinary! ๐ #EverydayMagic #InspiringStories #LifeExperiences #StoriesFromRealLifeExperiences #StoryTellers #StoryTelling #TheExtraordinaryInEverydayLife #TheExtraordinaryInTheOrdinary #TheCurtainRaiser #StageOfLife #ReflectionsAndExpressions #WisdomOfEverydayLife #LifeLessons #TheCurtainRaiserBlog #TheCurtainRaiser#Solitude #Independence #TravelStories #SelfDiscovery #TravelDiaries #Selfexploration #solotravelling #Goa #Ganesha #HermannHesse

Thought for the DayAug 27, 2023โThere are many going afar to marvel at the heights of mountains, the mighty waves of the sea, the long courses of great rivers, the vastness of the ocean, the movements of the stars, yet they leave themselves unnoticed!โ- Saint AugustineEknath Easwaran's CommentaryToday many people who enjoy traveling are not content with visiting London or Paris; they want to travel by camel in the Sahara, or kayak in the Antarctic. But no matter how exotic, this is horizontal travel, where we stay on the surface of life. Much more fascinating is vertical travel โ that is, meditation, which takes us to the Land of Love in the utmost depths of consciousness. For a long time we may not get very far, but if we insist on traveling deep, meditation will become a daring adventure. We will pass through level after level of consciousness, just the way one travels from one country to another. There is this difference: when we pass from the United States into Mexico, we know when we have crossed the border. We must stop and speak to the guard. Then the language changes. We know we are in a new land. In meditation, it is rather different. The changes are likely to take place so gradually that we may not even be aware of it immediately. But slowly and surely we will begin to have a strong feeling of coming home to our native land.

Two days ago was a 5 year anniversary of our World Record Concert in Himalayas, which we performed on 6thof September 2018.In this video I'm performing my "Norwegian Fjords" and in the end I talk about my experience. It's crazy to think how many things happened since... Back then I thought it was the hardest thing ever, but now after completing 3 more "Extreme concert" expeditions in 6 days (Guatemala from 19th to 25th of August 2019) I realized that compared to what I went through in Guatemala, the Himalayas were not that difficult...The whole Himalayas expedition was a result of me trying to process my mum's death and my intense desire to honor her in a big way. She dropped dead at 69.Desmond OโKeefe organised this expedition and on his return, 2 weeks after this happened, dropped dead at 69.On the day that my Guinness world record title was approved, I came home to find my cat (who was like my baby) dead in the kitchen. He was 69 in human years (13 in cat years). My extreme concerts in Guatemala came from a very different place (compared to my Himalayas performance) - they came from what was in my soul and aren't marked by tragedy anymore but rather extreme self-actualization and living life as a game and discovery of the higher truth and the purpose of my life. And those extreme, dangerous and uplifting experience have resulted in me making drastic changes in every aspect of my existence.Although I have temporarily rejected any kind of stability and the familiar patterns, I knew I was on the way to a very different lifestyle and now, 5 years later I know that Iโm living my destiny, not my fate. More on that later.#coaching #goals #goalachievement #highperformance #performance#mentoring #psychology #performancepsychology #creativity #music #musictherapy #therapy #jungian #extremesports #climbing #mountainclimbing #performanceatwork #work #business #corporatecoaching #executivecoaching #clarity #achievement #selfactualisation #selfactualization #transcendence #flow #flowstate #TheoryU #performancecoaching #womenleadership #womeninbusiness #business #leadership
