- White Wine Vinegar
- Minced Garlic
- Honey
- Lemon Juice
- Dijon Mustard
- Dried Oregano
- Salt

All you have to do is place your protein in a bowl or bag, make a batch of this Greek dressing and pour it over the protein. Let everything sit for at least an hour (or overnight for optimum flavor) and then cook it up!

Storage
Make sure you have a jar with a lid! It is the easiest way to prepare and store your salad dressing. All you have to do is place ingredients in the jar and shake!
After that, place your dressing in the refrigerator with the lid tightly sealed and your homemade dressing can last for up to 7 days in the refrigerator.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a mason jar and cover.
Shake mason jar until all ingredients are combined.
Serve over your favorite salad or use as a marinade.

This is a delicious dressing. I wouldn’t say it tastes like a classic greek dressing, but I would definitely make again as my favorite vinaigrette I’ve ever made!

Mm, mm, good! I tried this recipe tonight on a Greek chickpea salad and it was delicious! I used red wine vinegar and added 1/8t ground allspice and some black pepper. This will be a regular in our house! Also love all your suggestions for other uses and look forward to trying all of them!
